Planning
permission has been granted to convert a steadings into a
detached dwelling at No. 20 Sauchenford Small Holdings for
Rustic Eco Properties. The property will be renovated,
converted and extended to form a new three bedroom
dwelling.

to have them restored following SPT's decision to remove
them.

Renovation of the church at
Dennyloanhead by RusticEco Properties
continues, with the first house (Unit 4) due to be
completed on put up for sale in the coming weeks.

The commercial units at Gleddoch Road, Penilee for G101
Group have received a completion
certificate and the flagship One O One convenience store
is due to open shortly.

The detached dwelling at Plot 2, Earls Gate is nearing
completion on site. External landscaping features have
still to be finished as have internal finishes. The family
hope to be in the house well in time to celebrate
Christmas!

The Glasgow Humane Society
have
commissioned Munro Associates to undertake a feasibility
study for a new extension to their existing boathouse
and facilities on the the River Clyde in Glasgow Green.
The role of the historic charity has changed in recent
years with a renewed focus on water safety and
education. The extension will provide a teaching space
as well as areas to display the Humane Society's
extensive collections and archives from its' 180 years
of history. As well as this, the building will provide
new changing, showering and staff welfare areas for the
mostly volunteer workforce who help keep the River Clyde
safe during big events that are often hosted in Glasgow
Green. New offices will also be provided for the
permanent officers, George Parsonage and Tony Coia, to
allow them to always be on hand next to the Clyde in the
case of an emergency requiring them to launch a rescue
boat.

Planning Permission received for the proposed alterations
at a house at Denbrae Street, Glasgow. Building Warrant is
pending with a decision expected imminently.

After successfully sitting and passing his final
professional exam early last year, Christopher
Sherlock-Scougall is now officially registered with
the Architects Registration Board
(registration
No. 076598H).

Following protracted negotiations with the City Planning
Department planning permission has now been granted for a
five unit commercial development by One O One group and
designed by Munro Associates at Gleddoch Road,
Penilee. The news was broken by
Deborah Anderson of the Glasgow based paper The Evening
