Branch
refurbishment Rutherglen: An internal re-planning exercise
to respond to increased business. Part of a rolling
programme of rebranding, the tight constraints of the unit,
particularly in its width, necessitated thoughtful planning
to ensure that firstly, disposition of elements such as
payment counters avoided accentuating the inherent
linearity of the unit and at the same time permitted
customers to benefit from a more efficient queuing system.
Staff facilities were similarly upgraded.
